Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Spain and Europe: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, local holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on the legislation of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Vexen Beauty is not liable for any additional fees imposed by local customs authorities.
